Wedding ceremonies can be really annoying and troublesome to many young people working in big cities in China, as many of them will have to hold different ceremonies in the hometowns of both the bride and the bridegroom, the place where they live and work, and even the place where their colleges are located.

Su is from northeastern China, and her husband Jin is from Beijing, both of whom work Tianjin. Thus they had to hold the ceremonies in Beijing, Tianjin and Su's hometown. Instead of being joyful and excited, both of them were worn out by the activities in the end..

It has become a fashion to hold wedding ceremonies in several places to show the young couple's gratitude towards their family, friends and teachers, and weddings like these are called "nomadic weddings", a very vivid description.

Nomadic weddings do not only exhaust the bodies of young couples, but also kill their enthusiasm about wedding, which is obviously not the real intention of bride and bridegroom.

"I WAS enthusiastic about our wedding ceremony; however, there were so many things one had to watch out for, like who should be invited, and we had to rehearse for the ceremony again and again. The worst thing is that we had to repeat these chores so many times in different places, which was really annoying," said Su.
