Under the requirements, all government agencies with approving authority will build a system to publicize information on administration reviews and approvals, as well as decisions on applications for approvals.

A system for public hearings on administrative reviews and approvals will also be established. Major administrative reviews and approvals will be reported to the upper-level authorities, and follow-up and information feedback systems will also be set up.
