The health management platform for universities in Guangdong province was first put into service at the Zhanjiang and Dongguan campuses of Guangdong Medical University on April 24.

The platform was jointly developed by the Zhanjiang government affairs service data authority and Digital Guangdong Network Construction Co Ltd. It can collect comprehensive statistics on the health status of teachers and students, helping the universities' efforts in the prevention and control of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19) pneumonia.

The platform takes Yuekangma as the carrier of health information, and reaches mutual recognition of the national epidemic prevention health information code.
