The 13th China International Aviation & Aerospace Exhibition (Airshow China) will take place at the Zhuhai Airshow Center in Jinwan District from Nov 10 to 15, 2020, according to the Zhuhai Executive Committee Office managing the event.
The date for next year's event was announced at a celebration activity of the 70th anniversary of the founding of the People's Republic of China and People's Liberation Army Air Force, and the 20th anniversary of Macao's return to the motherland on Nov 11 at Jinan University Zhuhai Campus.
The biennial exhibition is the only domestic international aerospace trade show endorsed by the central government that features aerobatic flights and dynamic displays of ground military equipment.

At the announcement event, Li Yidong, chief designer of the Wing Loong series unmanned aerial vehicles (UAV) at AVIC Chengdu Aircraft Design & Research Institute, and Jiang Xiaohua, deputy general manager of Zhuhai Orbita Aerospace Science & Technology, lectured on the development trend and key direction of China's UAV technology and commercial space satellites.
They also conducted exchanges with around 400 teachers and students of Jinan University Zhuhai Campus and Beijing Institute of Technology Zhuhai College.
In addition, 130 photos and videos of exhibits and highlights of all previous sessions of Airshow China since 1996 were put on display.
The activity showcases the latest achievements of China's aeronautics, astronautics, and national defense science and technology through lectures and exhibitions. Its next stop will be Macao, said Li Yihui, deputy general manager of Zhuhai Convention & Exhibition Group.
