Shared-bike users with multiple violations for random or illegal parking who have been punished by authorities or enterprises more than three times within a year will be put on an poor credibility list, according to a rule released by the Shenzhen transport bureau Monday.
The rule also applies to those who intentionally damage bikes or are involved in bike theft.
The move is to solve the prominent problems of illegal and random parking that have existed since shared-bike operators started the business in Shenzhen in October 2016.
The list will be published every month on the government supervision platform. The users will be banned from the bike services for a year.
Enterprises that are added to the poor credibility list for resorting to violence to resist investigation, refusing to provide data to law enforcement employees collecting evidence, declining to rectify their wrongdoings or violating their contracts with users will be disqualified from renewing or adding bikes to the Shenzhen market.
