Temperatures are expected to rise over the next few days across Guangdong with fog predicted for both morning and evenings. Due to dense clouds over the province with scattered rain, there won’t be a soar in temperatures for a few days.

A weak cold front will pass through northern Guangdong between February 27th and 28th, bringing moderate to heavy rain and partial rainstorms to Shaoguan, Qingyuan and Zhaoqing.

According to forecasts, non-stop wet weather is expected for the rest of February, and at least four periods of high precipitation are expected over the first six months of 2019. The next cold wave will creep in around March 3rd, bringing rainfall and a 4-7℃ temperature drop to the province.

Temperatures are set to fluctuate in Guangzhou this week, with a high of 25℃ expected on February 28th.

Sea fog forecast: Between February 27th and March 1st, light fog on the Qiongzhou Strait and offshore areas in west Guangdong.

The Meteorological Bureau has advised residents to keep warm during mornings and evenings this week and to pay attention to traffic safety during periods of low visibility.
