China Southern Airlines, one of the leading airlines in China, has launched its first international call center in Prague, capital of Czech, providing French, Spanish, German and Italian services for its international customers.

According to China Southern, at present there are over 20 hot-lines in this center, and the office hour is 9AM-5PM from Monday to Friday. Local employees will provide services in tickets inquiry, membership service, social media and so on. Customers in Europe

Additionally, China Southern is planning to provide a total of 12 languages for its telephone service in 2020. According to China Southern, at present it provides 9 languages including Mandarin, French, Spanish, Italian, German, English, Japanese, Korean and Russian.

Also the company is planning to launch more international call centers in North America, Australia and New Zealand, mainly for English service.
