More than 300 cultural treasures unearthed from the 13th and 14th centuries are exhibited at the Guangdong Museum in Guangzhou, illustrating the prosperous ceramic trade in East Asia along the ancient maritime Silk Road, China Daily reports.
According to China Daily, items on display include wood and metal utensils and porcelain wares excavated from shipwrecks in East Asian waters by archeologists from China and South Korea, and they are selected from 11 major museums and cultural organizations from the two countries.
The exhibition named "Asian Mediterranean - The Ceramic Trade in East Asia During the 13th and 14th Centuries" runs through August 26, 2018.

Admission: Free admission tickets can be obtained from the Ticket Office of Guangdong Museum from 8: 50 a.m. to 4 p.m. Valid ID is required for one person to get one ticket. Tickets are valid on the day of issue only.
