Zhongshan, a PRD city of Guangdong, reports one case of H7N9 on February 10th, the first in the province in 2018, according to the official website of the Department of Health of Guangdong Province.
H7N9 is a bird flu strain first reported to have infected humans in China in March 2013. Infections are most likely to occur in winter and spring.
Experts recommended that people should avoid contact with dead and live poultry, and only buy poultry with quarantine certificates.
