28-meter-high lucky dog statue debut in Guangzhou

On Feb.10th, a 28-meter-high lucky dog statue, which breaks the world record created by Florentijn Hofman's Rubber Duck with the height of 26 meters, has made its debut alongside Pearl River. The dog statue is placed at Guangzhou International Media Harbor, near Canton Tower.

The lucky dog statue holds a golden coin in its hands, expressing best wishes to people in the year of dog.

The best viewing points would be Canton Tower and the river bank at Huacheng Square.
