1. Spring Festival Garden Party
During the Spring Festival, a garden party will energize Nanhai God Temple with flash mod games like glance memorizing and wit competition. Calligraphers will write auspicious character 福 (pronounced fú and meaning ‘blessing') at the party and give them to tourists. From Feb. 15 to Mar. 2, a series of art exhibitions will be held to enrich festive atmosphere, such as a painting and calligraphy exhibition in celebration of the Spring Festival, a photo exhibition about Maritime Silk Road and Nanhai God Temple, and a photo exhibition on the origin of Boluo Temple Fair.

2. 2018 Spring Festival tourism celebration
Numbers of interaction activities will take place here during the Spring Festival holiday. Performers as the God of Wealth and Luck will give away red packets and “lucky rice” on site.

3. Lion Dance Show
Lion dance shows will be held at the Baomo Garden for six days to greet the Spring Festival.

Traditional customs of Cantonese’s way of spending the Spring Festival will be showed in the Temple Fair.

5. Five new themed pavilions at Guangdong Science Center
Five pavilions, with the themes of ‘Green Home’, ‘Transportation World’, ‘Materials Center’, ‘Digital Park’ and ‘Innovation Space’, have been upgraded and reopened to the public now.
