Ma Xingrui, the Governor of Guangdong delivered the government work report at the first plenary session of the 13th Guangdong Provincial People’s Congress on the morning of January 25th.
Ma revealed what Guangdong plans to do this year on the report. According to the report, Guangdong aims to keep the GDP growth rate of about 7% in 2018 and set out to fulfill the goal through 10 specific measures.
