Hengqin will be a key part of the real estate market in southern China's Zhuhai City in the latter half of this year, Zhujiang Evening News reports, citing information from Centaline (Macao) Property.
It is estimated that Hengqin will initiate 14 real estate projectsin the period covering a floor area of 787,700 square meters. Most of the projects are for commercial apartments and office buildings.
