On the morning of June 13, over 50 volunteers from Guangdong start their one-week cultural exchange at the Mass Art Center of Nyingchi Prefecture in Tibet. In this week, they will provide a cultural feast for local people, including performances, exhibitions, lectures and social gatherings.

On the first day of the week, a large number of citizens and art lovers are attracted to the Mass Art Center. There, performances of strong Lingnan characteristics are presented to the audiences, including vocal music, instrumental music, dance, folk art, and acrobatics.

100 photos of Guangdong’s unique folk customs and cultural life are exhibited. Representative projects of Guangdong intangible cultural heritage are displayed by inheritors, such as Guangdong paper cutting, Xinhui palm-leaf fan, and Chaozhou drawnwork.
