An e-platform for public services in the Hengqin New Area has recently been launched. It provides a one-stop service to the public, enabling them to conduct many procedures and enjoy life services online without visiting relevant government departments, hizh.cn reports.
The platform can be used on both computers and mobile devices.
People can also access information on the platform regarding transportation, cultural life, paying bills, housekeeping services and health care. They can even buy movie tickets and bus tickets through the platform.
