Guangdong's latest tech products presented in the CES

Over 1,500 Chinese companies attended this year's Consumer Electronics Show (CES), accounting for more than 41 percent of the over 3,800 exhibitors, according to Luo Linquan, Chinese Consul General to San Francisco.

And the graph below from Chinadaily shows Shenzhen and Dongguan were ranked No.1 and No.3 in the Top 5 most active Chinese regions in CES with 542 and 66 exhibitors respectively.

 

Both world-renowned brands as Huawei, TCL, DJI and a variety of startups presented their latest products in the CES, giving us the best chance to follow the cutting-edge design and technologies in Guangdong’s tech industry:

 

1.Phantom 4 /DJI

DJI Technology Co announced Osmo product extensions, a new aerial mapping app, and a limited edition Phantom 4 drone specially designed for the forthcoming Chinese New Year.

2.Insta360 Nano /Shenzhen Arashi Vision Co., Ltd

Shenzhen based Arashi Vision is a professional intelligent technology company, committing to develop spherical image technology.

Its Insta360 Nano is the world’s first 3K camera to shoot and live-stream virtual reality and panoramic stills and videos directly from an iPhone with one-click sharing to social media channels.

The company also released its Instra360 Pro, a phone camera could capture photos and vedio with 8k resolution.


3.MateBook /Huawei

The HUAWEI MateBook is a 2-in-1 device designed to meet the evolving demands of today’s modern business users. Its launch positioned Huawei as a global innovator of consumer devices; extending its product portfolio beyond the smartphone and into the 2-in-1 PC tablet market.


4.X series /TCL

TCL will be releasing its X series of ultra-slim body televisions 7.9 and 6.9 mm thick, both with curved edges. [Photo by TCL]


5.Cool Changer S1 /Coolpad

Coolpad’s smartphone achived “The Best Overall Performing Smartphone of 2016” and two other awards in the IDG’s Global Top Brands Special Award.

Cooperating with top audio brand, Harman Kardon, and game companies, Coolpad’s latest model, Cool Changer S1, provides professional sound quality and maximizes its performance for games operation.


6.Moon /Royole

Royole was named a CES 2017 Innovation Awards Honoree for its Moon, a foldable 3D Virtual Mobile Theater with hi-fidelity noise cancelling headphones that creates a Full HD (1080p), 800-inch giant 3D curved screen cinematic experience.


7.Sanbot /Qihan Technology Co Ltd

Qihan Technology Co Ltd will unveil its fourth-generation service robot named Sanbot. Sanbot evolves the robot to the customized open ecosystem with the combination of “Hard-ware, APP and Cloud-service”.


8.Fifish-P4 /ShenZhen QiYuan Science and Technology Company Ltd

Fifish-P4 is an underwater drone which is an affordable, portable and easy to operate product that serves as a brand new tool for underwater exploration. It can reach depths of up to 100 meters and transmit live 4K HD video streams back to your phone or tablet.


9.Obsidian / KanDao Technology Co. Ltd.KanDao Technology Co. Ltd.

Shenzhen based KanDao Technology Co. Ltd. won the Best of Innovation in the CES for its Obsidian 3D Panoramic Camera.

Obsidian, a 3D Panoramic (Virtual Reality) camera with a collection of hardware and sofrtware, is born for producing the exquisite Virtual reality contents. As an advanced VR production tool, Obsidian aims at making high standard VR works in an economical and convenient way.


10.Blade V8 /ZTE
