Longhao Aviation Group will set up its headquarters in Guangzhou. This becomes an epitome of Guangzhou’s accelerated implementation of the strategy to build an airport city and develop Huadu District into an “air transport hub”.
On November 17, Guangdong Longhao Aviation Group Co., Ltd signed the contract to establish its headquarters in Huadu District, becoming the third airline with main operation and headquarters in Guangzhou following China Southern Airlines and 9Air Co., Ltd. After the headquarters is established, it will carry out its main operation based on Baiyun airport. In the early stage, it will focus on cargo transportation. When conditions permit, it will adopt a development mode with both cargo and passenger transportation.
The establishment of the headquarters of the third airline in Guangzhou becomes an epitome of Guangzhou’s accelerated implementation of the strategy to build an airport city and develop Huadu District into an “air transport hub”.
Seizing the strategic opportunities from Guangzhou’s construction of international air transport hub and international comprehensive transportation hub, Huadu District has set the goals to “build a happy and beautiful Huadu District serving as an international air and railway transportation hub, a high-end industrial base and a green port for leisure tourism” to develop an airport headquarters economy park to attract related enterprises.
