According to the latest news, since Typhoon Haima is around the corner, Guangdong have adjusted transportation schedules, trying to avoid chaos brought by bad weather.
Over 200 flights on October 20th and 21st have been canceled in Shenzhen International Airport due to Typhoon Haima. Shenzhen Airport warned that passengers should keep eyes on weather condition and the latest information released by airline companies.
Also all ferries from Shenzhen to Hong Kong and Macao have been suspended on October 21st.
In Guangzhou, water buses in Pearl River and ferries connecting to Hong Kong and Macao have been suspended since 3PM of October 20.
In Jieyang Chaoshan International Airport, 37 flights have been canceled, including all flights from Spring Airlines, West Air and AirAisa on October 21st. Also China Southern Airlines has planned to cancel 15 flights from 11AM to 6PM on October 21st. Air China will suspend all 6 flights.
