“From Seasyoung’s Departure Lounge in Dongguan Nancheng District, passengers can enjoy a seamless experience as they provide airport check-in service right in the lounge,” a staff of Seasyoung, a Dongguan passenger transport company, said.
Since the company launched that service in April 2015, free feeder buses travel from Dongguan downtown to Seasyoung’s high-speed ferries at Humen Port 5 times per day, sending passengers from all around the Pearl River Delta towards the HK International Airport.

The news of the bus service has received warm welcome on social media and was spread on wechat. On August 6, the pageview count of the article has reached 54,271.
“That sounds like a good news,” Mr. Li, a businessman working in Dongguan shared the article with his colleagues after he read it himself. “If we don’t need to pass the customers check, that would save us a lot of time.”
“Our services have several advantages compared with the traditional way,” the staff introduced. “As they choose to go by ferry, they can even get their 120 HKD exit tax back.”
Besides, at the lounge, passengers can get their luggage checked-in directly for their destination and take their boarding card by telling the flight number.
Going by waterway saves passengers time and money.
According to a statistics of the company, since the company launched the bus service from April, the departure lounge has received around 5,000 passengers, over 100 passengers on each peak day.
