On June 2th, China's first Cross-border E-commerce Quality Tracing Platform is formally launched by Nansha Entry-Exit Inspection and Quarantine Bureau. Now, citizens of Nansha can have a quick quality check of the product bought online from other countries and regions all day around on the platform. This will much reassure the local customers of cross-border shopping online.
The platform which is also known as Smart Quality Inspection Portal is the first of its kind in China. Up to now, 190 enterprises have already registered on the platform. It is reported that the platform will be used to inspect cross-border online shopping during and after the process and establish a sound corporate and merchandise "blacklist" system by collecting and analyzing consumer complaints and feedback. To ensure product quality, the platform will be supported with measures of risk notification, sale suspension, mandatory recall, refunding and product disposal.
Shoppers can easily access 18 entries of the relevant products by simply clicking the option of "Cross-border E-commerce Quality Tracing Service of Nansha FTA Test Area" on the website of platform to enter a query page, and putting in either number of order, express delivery or ID.
