The restaurant only uses high quality and fresh ingredients, vegetables and seafood, 90% of which are imported from Japan, in order to make sure all the dishes that are made in Guangzhou have the same tastes as those made in Japan.

The amazing sashimi is a must-try at Koyama. Apart from that, sushi, rice or noodle-based dishes, mini beef hot pot, and sweet shrimp with salmon are highly recommended. You can enjoy a wide selection of vintage wines at Koyama too.
