The Turkey Promotion and Turkish Food Presentation organized by Turkish Culture and Tourism Office, and hosted by Turkish Airlines launched today at Guangzhou Garden Hotel. Representatives from the Turkish Culture and Tourism Office, Turkish Consulate General Guangzhou, Turkish Airlines, TÜRSAB - Travel Agency Association of Turkey, as well as Guangdong travel agencies attended the event.
Turkish Airlines Guangzhou signed a cooperation memorandum with local travel agency Guang Zhi Lv.
2018 is the Turkish Tourism Year in China. To promote Turkey to Chinese visitors, TÜRSAB introduced nearly 20 Turkish traval agencies to Guangzhou for in-depth cooperation with Guangdong travel agencies. Ms. Ela Atakan, Corporate Affiars Director of TÜRSAB expressed, with the long history of Turkey, the country has such an abundant culture. There are many stories behind the famous places, such as the Saint Sophia Cathedral, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, and the historical sites of the Ottoman Empire, where are worthwhile for travelers to visit.
