Most of the companies mainly come from high-tech industry, daily consumer goods and transportation & logistics, such as DJI, Huawei and Ninestar.

“Netherlands and Guangdong are major trading partners to each other,” said Marjo Crompvoets, Consul General of the Netherlands in Guangzhou. “We have great prospects for cooperation in the sectors of high-technology, chemical engineering, agriculture and foods.”

Chris Teunissen, Consul & Executive Director for Chia of NFIA, indicated that the "Belt and Road Initiative" is very important for the Netherlands and China. "We can not only linked coastal cities in China via Maritime Silk Road, but also connect the inland cities through CR Express between Guangdong and Europe." said Mr. Teunissen.
