From December 11th to 12th, the police of Shanwei city arrested You Zhizhu, Weichun and Lin Jingeng, who are suspects of causing disturbances and crime of unlawful detention on Sep. 22, 2006 and Dec.11, 2006, in Dongzhou street of Honghaiwan development zone in the city of Shanwei of Guangdong province.

For personal reason, You Zhizhu and his fellows battered the community officials on September 22, 2006, and one of the officials was wounded. On November 10 in the same years, You Zhizhu and his fellows imprisoned 8 community officials for 8 days.

The three suspects are suited committing the crimes of unlawful detention and causing disturbances of the Criminal Law of the People's Republic of China.

Shanwei police had arrested the three suspects, and the case is on trial at present.
