Guangdong Governor Huang Huahua delivers welcoming speech on the banquet

At the charming bank of the Pearl River, Guangdong Governor Huang Huahua and vice governors hosted a welcoming banquet this evening (Nov 14) for the advisors and observers participating the International Consultative Conference on the Future Economic Development of Guangdong Province (GDICC) 2007 plenary.
Governor Huang Huahua, in his welcoming speech on the banquet, expressed that he was fully confident that this Conference will enhance the communication and exchanges between Guangdong and these advisors and observers, accelerate and optimize the economic and social development of Guangdong, and create a multi-win scenario.
