1.Add water and salt on the flour, then, rub them as smooth pasty. Keep rubbing in 5 minutes after leave the pasty alone in 30 minutes. Put the pasty in a washbasin and keep rubbing with washing. Keep washing until the water becomes clear, then, decant the water to another washbasin. The remaining pasty is gluten. Steam the gluten in 20 minutes.
2.Leave the washing water alone in 4 - 8 hours, drain the water off and leave the precipitate. Stir the precipitate evenly. Brush oil on a pan, then, put the precipitate on the pan, shake it until it overspreads whole pan.
