As one of the seafoods which popular in Southern China, scallop is good for preventing heart attack, stroke and senile dementia.

DIY Step

1.Heat wok with a little of oil, stir-fry the garlic for a while after the oil turn to medium well.

锅中加入少许油,烧热后放入蒜末爆香。

2.Put a part of garlic in a bowl, decant the soy sacue and stir it as a juice.

将一半炒香的蒜蓉装入碗中,倒入少许蒸鱼酱油搅拌成调味汁。
