Sautéed Sweet and Sour Pork Tenderloin is one of the classic cuisines in China. It exists in Zhejiang Cuisines, Lu (Shandong) Cuisines, Chuan (Sichuan) Cuisines, Guangdong Cuisines and Huai (Yangzhou) Cuisines while the Lu’s one is the most famous.

DIY Steps

1. Wash the pork tenderloin first, and then cut it into strips.


2. Put the strips (pork tenderloin) with eggs, starch, cooking wine and pepper powder in a bowl. Pickle them for ten minutes.


3. Decant oil into wok, boil it until eight tenth of heat. Put the strips one by one in the wok. Fry the strips until they turn gold. Pick them up and drain the oil.
