The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou will present a top-level evening reception called "Michelin Night" on October 30 and 31, 2014. Chef Paul Lau Ping Lui, Chef de Cuisine of the two-star Michelin restaurant, TIN LUNG HEEN at The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, is set to showcase the art of Cantonese cuisine in Guangzhou. Chinese cooking chef Lui, from The Ritz-Carlton, Hong Kong, is the top Cantonese chef in Hong Kong,has more than thirty-six years cooking experience. He has worked in Beijing, Shanghai, Hong Kong, Guangzhou, as well as Dubai and United Kingdom. Chef Lui has repeatedly won "Best Delicacy" awarded by Hong Kong Tourism Bureau since 2001. The combination of tradition and new techniques create his unique style.
