Shangri-La Hotel, Shenzhen will launch a Mongolian Food Festival at Coffee Garden from 15 to 28 September 2014. Guest chefs from Shangri-La Hotel, Hohhot will showcase a wide selection of the most authentic Mongolian cuisine with imported ingredients from Mongolia. During the period, Coffee Garden will be decorated with traditional Mongolian paintings, while staff will dress up in the unique national costume as melodious exotic rhythms and dancing of the grassland fully indulge guests in the charm of Mongolian lifestyle.
Guests can such savour delicacies as Roasted Lamb Chops with a crispy skin and tender meat, tempting Marinated Beef Shank in Soy Broth, melt-in-your-mouth Mongolian Pie, Mongolian Boiled Lamb, Oat Noodles and more, accompanying over 200 kinds of global cuisine. Apart from the food, guests can also enjoy unlimited Mongolian Milk Tea, selected wine, local beer and soft drinks.
