Sheraton Dongguan Hotel brings to the city a Mexican food promotion dubbed as "Hola Botanica!" on July 8th - 17th, 2005.
Mexican master chefs Roberto Treves and Sergio Snyder will once again showcase their exciting dishes with new additions this year. The guest chefs from Mexico have been moving around the world spreading centuries-old Mexican food and culture dating back to the times of the Olmecs and Aztecs. For the past two years, they have been coming back to Dongguan and they always amaze us with their culinary experiences.
Their culinary skills are rooted in the exceptional cooking of the elderly ladies in their respective families. These were further enhanced by training and cooking in prestigious institutions in Mexico, Paris and New York.
"Hola Botanica!" aims to present Mexican cuisine beyond tacos, fajitas, nachos, burritos and chili con carne.
