England striker Wayne Rooney came out fit for Manchester United's Champions League last 16 second leg tie hosting Ligue 1 member Lille on Wednesday.
United manager Alex Ferguson confirmed the England international would be available for the match at Old Trafford.
"Wayne is fine. We have a couple of doubts, but Wayne is not one of them," said Ferguson.
Rooney had his knee stitched after being substituted during United's Premier Legaue win over Liverpool last Saturday, but scans later showed no serious damage.
The "Red Devils" are without Ole Gunnar Solskjaer until the end of the month after he underwent minor knee surgery last week.
Lille also hit by some injury as midfielders Mathieu Bodmer wasstill suffering from an ankle injury and Laurent Cabaye had not recovered from a stomach muscle tear. Both are ruled out of Wednesday's match.
Lille lost the first leg 1-0 in Lens in a match marred by crowd trouble and controversy.
