China snatched 55-54 and 85-78 victories over the Aussies in their first two clashes of the three-match warmup series for August's world championship in Japan.
Mo Ke and Gong Songlin each scored 13 points for the Chinese side, while forward David Barlow led Australia with 20 points and six rebounds.
