Defending champion Guangdong overwhelmed hosts Xinjiang 133-97 in the CBA league match, extending their winning streak to 11 games.

Wang Shipeng, who has topped the league's scoring board, dominated the paint by pouring three three-pointers to lead Guangdong 31-20 in the opening period.

He continued hot shots for a 61-42 advantage into the second half.

Recovered Zhu Fangyu netted 12 points in the third quarter to help the visiting side enlarged the advantage to 102-57, and Wang Shipeng added another three-pointer seven seconds from time to seal the victory for Guangdong.

Wang scored game-high 33 points, including seven three-pointers, for Guangdong, who pocketed their first victory in Urumchi.

Zhu Fangyu and Du Feng each added 27 and 20 for the winner.

Xinjiang's Lorenzo Coleman led the hosts with 29 points.

In other games, Jilin upset visiting Yuanan 113-103; Shandong smashed Henan 107-92; Zhejiang suffered a 74-104 defeat to North Division leader Liaoning; Beijing upended Shaanxi 110-77; Shanghai was defeated by Bayi 95-103; while Fujian lost to league leader Jiangsu 100-111.
