George Clooney has denied the report that Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolie are planning to get married at his villa in Italy.
"People have said they were going to get married at my house," Clooney was quoted as saying by Associated Press Radio News.
"Well, I would know, and I can tell you there’s not going to be a secret wedding." he said.
Tabloids have reported that Pitt and Jolie were planning to wed in a private ceremony at Clooney's villa.
Clooney would not even confirm that Pitt and Jolie are a couple. He said he doesn't talk about his own personal life, let alone his friends.
"I've met Angelina – I like her very much – but I would never talk about whether they are together or not," the 44-year-old actor said. "I don't speak of my own personal life – I would never speak of my friends."
However an Italian magazine recently quoted Clooney as saying he thought Pitt and Jolie made a good couple. "Another lie", he said and he has reportedly asked for a retraction and says he has been promised one.
