Bashufeng, a Sichuan-style restaurant They are of a simple style: pictures of Sichuan on the wall, clusters of red  lanterns hanging from the ceiling, straw rain capes and hats, rough tables and benches.
What a vivid picture of folkish Sichuan! ( see picture on the right)
You may also find that many busy waiters, all dressed up in Chinese styles from the 1920s and 1930s, greet customers loudly in the Sichuan dialect when they are shutting back and forth in the hall.
Look! A waiter is serving the tea with a special teapot — a large iron one characterized by a very long spout. He stands far away from the table, and somehow pours hot water right into the teacup.
It is said such skill requires years of training and has become a performance in some Sichuan restaurants.
After trying some dishes, you’ll began to understand why Bashufeng has grabbed the limelight among Shenzhen gourmets as the representative of "New Flavoured Sichuan Cuisine".
Regardless of whether we ordered new dishes we'd never had before or traditional Sichuan courses, they all brimmed with pure Sichuan flavour.
According to the restaurant, all the condiments and flovourings used are brought directly from Sichuan Province after a careful process of picking, hand-trimming, and grinding.
In addition, the sausage and bacon are also made in Sichuan, so the flavour is different from what we have come to expect.

Jinchuan Restaurant is a 1300 square meters restaurant with 58 tables and 400 seats, featuring genuine Sichuan cuisine and Sichuan delectable foods.
