Beef and Noodles with Black Bean with Garlic Sauce

Ingredients 7 oz of Beef Strips 5 oz of Egg Noodles ! Red Pepper (cut into Strips) Green Onion (Shredded for Garnish) 3 tbsp of Lee Kum Kee Black Bean with Garlic Sauce
MARINADE Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sace (1 tbsp) 2 tbsp of Oil
Instructions 1. Marinate beef with marinade for 15 minutes.
2. Cook egg noodles in boiling water according to packet instructions or until tender. Drain.
3. Saute Lee Kum Kee Black Bean Garlic Sauce in 2 tbsp oil until fragrant.
4. Add beef and stir-fry until almost done. Add egg noodles, bell peppers and stir well until heated through. Sprinkle with green onion.
