Cook rice in a different way
Latest Updated by 2003-08-27 11:24:30

PEOPLE usually use water to cook rice. But eating this kind of rice all the time will affect your appetite.

Therefore, different ways have been invented to cook rice.

The first way is using tomato juice, fried onion and garlic to cook rice. Stir-fry onion and garlic in a pot first. When the smell comes out, add tomato juice and water to it. Rice is put in the pot when the water boils. And you can prepare for the special tomato rice in a short time.

Tea will add a special fragrance to the rice if cooking together. After steeping tea in boiled water for eight to 12 minutes, you throw away the tea leaves and put rice into the tea water for cooking. Usually it takes 0.5-0.7 grams of tea and 500-1,000 grams of water to cook tea rice.

For leftover rice, if you put some salt water in it when heating it, it will taste fresh. Some people also put vinegar in leftover rice to re-cook it.
