Guangzhou citizens will have a chance to enjoy the modern chance drama "Romeo and Juliet" in the Friendship Theater during the 2nd Guangdong Modern Dance festival, which is to be held in the city from May 2nd to 8th.

The dance week attracts over 30 dancing troupes, one third of which are from abroad.

Five modern dance evenings will be held in Guangzhou Friendship Theater, Guangdong Song and Dance Theater and Xinghai Concert Hall respectively during the festival.
