Thin Pancake Roll

Steaming Po Zi Guo is a Qingming Festival tradition in Chaoshan area. Po Zi Guo is made of the leaves and fruits of the Po Zi tree. The plum blossom-shaped Po Zi Guo is made in a bamboo steamer.
