A jade stone treasure was discovered at a construction site in Guangzhou, causing dozens of construction workers to dig deeper for more treasure, the Southern Metropolis News reports.
Four workers who sold 10 big sized jade stones from over 100 they found made 1,400 yuan (US$169) at a local jewellery shop.
The stones found in Liwan District are mostly by-products from a foreign jade manufacturer from more than 100 years ago. Many pieces were buried underground when a factory shut down.
