More than 20 pieces of art from Wang Guangyi, Wang Keping, Huang Rui, Wang Chuan and Wang Hai are now on display at the OCT Contemporary Art Terminal through Nov. 30. A modernist movement shocked the Chinese arts scene in the 1980s, and insiders call it the "Chinese Renaissance."
*The Key Word: OCT' exhibition
Xu Tan, one of the first international artists who participate in a local international art residency program this year, opens an avant-garde art exhibition at the OCT Contemporary Art Terminal (OCAT).
His project, a video installation entitled "The Key Word: OCT," tries to find the key words to describe the current existential state and major concerns of OCT residents through modern visual arts.
