Chicken with pineapple and bitter gourd


A bitter gourd, half pineapple, caraway stems, drumstick, lemon, red onion crisp, salt, pepper


1. Cut bitter gourd in half, remove pulp

2. Boil for five minutes, take out and add ice cubes

3. Sliver

4. Remove skin of the drumstick and boil for 20 minutes

5. Take out and cool before shredding

6. Section caraway stem, cut pineapple into triangles, squeeze lemon juice

7. Put bitter gourd, chicken shreds, pineapple in a bowl, add caraway stem sections, red onion crisp, salt, pepper and lemon juice, stir and serve


  Skinless chicken is low in calories, yummy and helpful for losing weight when served with pineapple and bitter gourd
