The 500-year-old Vienna Boys' Choir is certainly one of the most renowned music groups on earth. Constituted by the "singing angels", the choir has produced miraculous giants in the history of music—Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Franz Joseph Haydn, Franz Schubert, and the contemporary master conductors of Hans Richter and Clemens Krauss, among others. Its profound cultural depths and longstanding history have kept many heads of state, business giants and social celebrities as its faithful audience, including Bill Clinton, Princess Dianna, J. F. Kennedy and Walt Disney.

Many famed contemporary conductors have cooperated with the Vienna Boys' Choir, which is aptly termed the twin national treasures of Austria along with the Vienna Philharmonic. Herbert von Karajan, Leonard Bernstein, Georg Solti and Claudio Abbado, among others, conducted the Choir and spoke highly of its artistic accomplishments.

Time: 8 pm , October 22 (Thursday), 2009.

Venue: Symphony Hall, Xinghai Concert Hall, Guangzhou

Tickets: RMB 680/380/300/200/100
