A Zhuhai-Guangzhou joint freight service was launched yesterday (August 21). Zhuhai goods can now be transferred from Guangzhou Baiyun International Airport to many other destinations all over the country by air.
In recent years, seafood freight from Zhuhai has been experiencing a huge increase, but because of the limited flights at the Zhuhai Airport and long hours of land transport, cargo carriers have been looking for a better transportation option.
The new service is designed to help improve Zhuhai's ability of freight transportation and utilize Southern Airlines' flight network.
