On general management mode, the 6 companies should apply to custom respectively and the procedure is complicated. The custom clearance cost is extremely high. However, under the new management mode, one company, on behalf of the 6 companies, applies for custom clearance through a special online system, shortening time on examining and approving from at least 1 day to 1 or 2 minutes.
