Middle school student is China's memory queen

Liang Yiyin, a senior middle school student in Guangzhou, competed late last month in the World Memory Championship in the United Kingdom as China's representative.

Liang, 15, surprised her teachers and schoolmates by winning the national championship. She did so by remembering 186 strange portraits within 15 minutes.
