Prime Minister of the Republic of Vanuatu Hon. Ham Lini, accompanied by Vanuatu's Ambassador visited Dongguan on Jan 5, 2006 (Thursday). This is his first time visiting Dongguan.
Secretary of Dongguan CPC Committee and Chairman of Dongguan's Congress Mr. Tong Xing received him, and gave a brief introduction of Dongguan's economic development to him.
The Prime Minister visited one of the primary schools in Dongguan's Zhongtang Town, which was Vanuatu's Ambassador's original hometown.
The delegation also visited the newly-opened science museum, Songshan Lake Industrial Park, and Dongguan University of Technology.
