Guangdong's foreign trade hits 500 billion USD - Biz Headlines

In addition, the number of private companies in Guangdong for the first time exceeded 500,000. Private companies surpassed state-owned and state-controlled companies for the first time in terms of industry value-added, ranking No. 2 among all the ownership economy.

The industry value-added of private companies accounts for 20% of the overall value-added in Guangdong.
