The 4th China (Guangzhou) International Automobile Exhibition will be held from 25 to 31 July 2006. This grand auto show attracts over 400 renowned automakers from around the world, and about 50 new car models will debut themselves on this event.

It is reported that this exhibition houses an total exhibition area of 85,000 square meters and invites over 400 enterprises of renowned automakers, including German Audi and Volkswagen, US GM and Shanghai GM, Chang'an Ford, Dongfeng Peugeot, Dongfeng Citroen, Benz, BMW, Honda, Toyota, Nissan, Hyundai and Kia, and a number of burgeoning domestic auto brands, as well as plush car makers such as Bentley, Rolls-Royce, Ferrari, Porsche, Lamborghini, Squadron, etc.

An academic seminar, titled China (Guangzhou) Automobile Development Forum 2006, will be held at the same time. Delegates of leading automakers will attend this forum and discuss how China's auto industry should be developing healthily.

Moreover, a number of other types of auto-related cultural activities will take place throughout this exhibition, too.
